Crunch.io is seeking talented, motivated front end engineers to build our interactive data applications. You would work with the rest of our team to help build a product that is already changing the way our clients do their work. Both technical and aesthetic details matter greatly to you. (You like to use both arrow functions and en dashes appropriately.) You want to surround yourself with talented peers who share your dedication. In short, you write solid, thoroughly tested, and readable code.

Qualifications:

Considerable skill in JavaScript and an appetite for constant improvement

Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks, preferably but not necessarily Angular

Serious commitment to high development standards, including comprehensive testing, in whatever language you’re working; in JavaScript, experience with Jasmine, Mocha, or other testing framework

Demonstrated ability to work with team of peers, understanding and respecting the responsibilities and expertise developers, designers, QA folks, and others bring to the project

Ability to provide reasonable estimates on work, meet deadlines, and take ownership and responsibility

In an intermediate role, you would get right to work in a complex application that clients depend on to get their jobs done. You would learn to refine not only your own code but our APIs that it works with. You would have growing responsibility for new features and tested bug fixes. In any given week, you might:

prepare some existing code for an upcoming backend change so nothing breaks

pair with senior developers to develop new features

puzzle through a client-reported bug; eventually testing then fixing it

Frontend developers on our platform are first-class team members. Even though you specialize in cutting-edge JavaScript, you’ll gain familiarity with the entire system. We use ES6 with babelify, AngularJS 1.x, Grunt, and Stylus, among many other tools. If you have experience or interest in these other areas, they may also be part of the job:

End-to-end testing (we use Nightwatch.js and Sauce Labs)
Mobile design / touch interfaces

Crunch.io offers competitive salary, benefits, and equity options. We are a small but growing company (less than 20), spread from UTC+1 to +11, mostly in the Western hemisphere. Remote work is flexible and largely independent, yet highly cooperative.

We are an equal-opportunity employer and value diversity at our company. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, gender expression, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.

Fox Cub is a fully remote game development studio. We started the company 4 years ago, and we've grown to ~25 people in ~10 countries. We're looking to hire a PM/Data analyst. You should love data, be very comfortable writing SQL, and be very familiar with mobile or social games. We're a small team, so we need someone who's comfortable wearing both the PM and analyst hats.

We'd start you in the data analyst role. You'll get familiar with our tracking methods, run some experiments on our exist games, analyze the results and generally learn the social casino space (we make mobile free-to-play slots games). Once that's solid, we'll add the PM functions and you'll help make recommendations for new experiments and drive feature improvements and optimization. You'll work closely with me and the rest of our design team. My cofounder and I are both Zynga alums, so we take analytics and PMing very seriously.

We don't care where you are in the world, but you must be able to consistently work core hours of 9-5 Pacific Time. We collaborate online with Slack, Teamspeak, and Hangouts.
